Re write this: Learning about the social exclusion and my overall experience has taught me to be more outspoken. I always put my points forward and I don't hesitate. Especially the organizational behavior class has taught me about the team building especially participating in the exercise called Group case leaders, where I got an equal opportunity to participate equally just like my other team members . Since everyone equally participated and got involved equally in the project it not only helped me but also helped my team member to come up with successful project questions and up being successful group leaders. Another thing I liked about the class was the professor being a good leader who always encouraged all students to participate in all discussion which boosts each individual to have the confidence to equally get involved in different activities at the workplace
