As a licensed continuing care facility in this state, Gabriels Center is governed by the applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Effective Date: February 1, 2017. Independent Contractor: Consultant's status is that of an independent contractor. Consultant is not an employee or agent of Gabriels Center. Entire Agreement: This is the full and entire agreement as stated in these terms and signed by both parties on the date listed below.
