Read and Examine the Case Thoroughly Take notes, highlight relevant facts, underline key problems, risks from the case information. Focus Your Analysis Identify two to five key risks or problems (use book reading to find gaps) Why do they exist? How do they impact the case deliverable? Who is responsible for them? Or who can resolve? What could have been done to prevent the gap? Consider book reading Identify what changes are needed (i.e., what processes or tools were missed per the book) Review course readings, discussions, outside research, your experience. What can be done to resolve the gap? Consider strong supporting evidence, pros, and cons. Is this solution realistic?
