but it is bad when you dwell on the past. The main focus should be in the future, and how to make it better than the previous time. One of the reasons focusing on the future rather than the past is important is it will help the company or anything in general grow and develop as a whole. In general, if you were to focus on the bad things that happen in the past, you will never improve. By focusing on the future you can learn from past mistakes and be better equipped for any upcoming complications. As leaders we need to be able to shift our focus on the up and coming rather than the past, because the past is the past and we can not do anything about, but we can dictate what happens after it though. In conclusion, it is essential to look back and reflect on past mistakes or things you need to improve on but not to live in the past. With this being said learn from the past and make the future better.
