Identifies and explains possible solutions to the problem. You should explain how these solutions address the problem you have identified. You should be providing multiple alternative solutions before you attempt to identify the "best" solution!

Evaluates pros and cons of each possible solution

Describes a plan of action you beliewe Chad should follow. Provide sufficient detail such that this plan could be executed by someone else. $($Be specific.$)$ This plan of action may involve implementing one or more of the possible solutions, and$/$or may involve finding additional information that is required in order to support choosing one solution over another. If your plan of action is to search for additional information, you need to be specific about what that information is$,$ and how your alternative selection depends on what you find. $($Don$\text{'}$t simply rattle off a list of "other things the answer could depend on$"$ without specifying how the answer depends on that information.$)$
