Read chapter one and watch the videos then write a 1 to 2 page report on how understanding Organizational Behavior (OB) would have helped you participate in or lead an organization. In other words I am looking for you to show me you understand what OB is and how you could have used that knowledge in the past.

As this is your first written assignment of the semester there are some basic concepts I want to point out that you should follow for this and all the assignments. First you need to read the chapter if you want to understand the question and answer it correctly. Next you are welcome to quote a source but you must make it clear that you are indicating where the quote or specific information came from. In other words I expect all assignments to be written by you in your own words with the possibility of additional information inserted that is attributed to the source. Finally after writing your report ask yourself if you actually answered the question. Often we know the answer but fail to really read the question.
