Prepare a case$$speaking to management as to why ISO $45001$ is necessary for your company.

Develop a needs assessment using Sections $1,4,5,6,$ and $9$ of the Annex SL structure.

Areas that need to be addressed are the following:

Section $1$ What is the scope of your project? You should give a short description of your operation or department. It should outline what you plan to work on to help to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work$-$related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively$$improving its OH&S performance.

Section $4$ List $3$ strategic aims $($details$)$ and scope. How do the employees affect the project? Determine the issues $($positive and negative$)$ that can affect the ability of the organization to achieve its intended outcomes.$$

Section $5$ How should leadership make a commitment to continual improvement of the OH&S management system, provide safe and healthy working conditions, eliminate hazards and reduce$$OH&S risks, and to continually improve the OH&S management system.

Section $6($Planning$)$ What are the $3$ steps to eliminate the hazard$($s$)?$ Determine the probability of success for the organization to adapt to change and opportunities to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks.$$

Section $9$How you would do a performance evaluation?$$It should include measurement$$of operations.
