Read pages 216-217 Running Case --> Then complete tasks 1 - 5 on Pages 217-218.

For task #1, use the template named Requirements Matrix. Include a completed requirements traceability matrix with your explanation. Refer to Table 5-1 on p 191 as an example.

For task #2, use the template named Scope Statement. You have already created some content for this task in GA#1. Use it !

For task #3, use the template named WBS. Display your WBS in list form (the same format as this template). Be sure the WBS is based on the project charter from GA#1, the project scope from Task #2 and the chart that your group produced during the "Sticky Note" exercise on 2/28. (called decomposition)

For task #4, use MS Project 2016 to build the WBS and Gantt chart.

For task #5, your strategy should include how you will use the requirements traceability matrix created in task #1. Besides this, what other tools and techniques will be used for change control? One hint is on p 139.

If your group has 4 members, the member who completes Task 3 should also complete Task 4.
