Look for and identify one of their business processes that is causing Junk Van and$/$or its customers to experience problematic issues. Review in detail how this one business process

currently works, why it is a problem, and then radically re$-$engineer it to make it better. Describe the new process in detail $($this can be submitted as a set of diagrams or steps$),$ how

it solves the issues, and justify any additional major costs to implement it$.$ Keep in mind that radically re$-$engineering a business process is not proposing the use of a technology to
