Read the Analytics Exercise: Product Design Project presented in Ch. 4. of Operations & Supply Chain Management LL (17th edition) by Jacobs

Use techniques and tools related to project management including project network analysis, time estimates, and earned value analysis discussed in Ch. 4 of the text.

Analyze the project and the proposed project changes.

Prepare a presentation to management on the project and include:

• The impact of the changes
• Recommendations for moving forward with the project

The deliverable should be a PowerPoint or other presentation method with speaker's notes and a handout for managers to take away.

The slide deck should be no more than 12 PowerPoint slides (not including the title and reference slide), be engaging to the audience and be professional. Remember, no more than 7 bullet points with no more than 7 words per bullet point. Include illustrations from your analysis (charts, calculations, or others) as appendices to your presentation.
