Read the below case and answer the following questions

Mr. Ammar is the Manager of ABC food industries in Oman for the last 15 years. He was often liked by all his employees because he always shows interest in all his employees and deals sincerely and tactfully to all his employees. He often asks the opinion and ideas from all his employees and uses it whenever it is needed. By encouraging ideas he often gets good development and more production in the company.

Once he received an email from the CEO for selecting him as the manager. The manager also met him face to face to appreciate him for his achievement. Mr. Ammar prepared a thanks letter to the CEO for encouraging him in his works. The sales, marketing and production team of the company often conducts meeting to find out various plans and makes suitable solutions for it.

Every month CEO conducts meeting in every month to give various instructions to all the employees in the company. His all opinions are always accepted by his CEO . But he faced some issues from his Finance Manager Hamed as he has some prejudices towards others. As it is a big company and people are working in different shifts Ammar often finds communication barrier. In all the writings of him he uses familiar words and concrete words and always check right level of language. He has an interest in all the employees who is working under him.
