Hospital ABC has 550,000 patients who received care in 2022 and has large facilities in each department. This Hospital had been using paper-based health records since its inception (1999). The hospital administration recognized the need to upgrade to electronic health records (EHR) for several reasons, including improved patient safety, efficiency, and cost savings. In addition, BOD has decided to take the hospital to the next level and implement highly advanced technology such as SaaS, robotics, Ai, and metaverse in its day-day operation. Top management fully understands these are significant changes in workflows and procedures, as well as a cultural shift within the organization, however, BOD believes that the hospital has the right talented leaders for executions.
