Review the piece and write a case analysis summarizing the key elements that make this case worth examining from the data security standpoint and your understanding of what went wrong in these companies.

Use the following structure for your report:

Case Study: Identify the object of study, provide details pertinent to analysis $($company name, dates, industry, etc.$).$

Introduction: Describe the context of the situation subject to analysis, background, identify the problem and relevance of case study.

Analysis: Describe and discuss case in detail, highlighting relevant data security issues or breaches. Identify policies or laws that were violated.

Conclusion: Summarize the reasons for the breach or noncompliance and the lessons learned from the case.
