Read the Case Study: Relaxing Travel in this Weeks Module, and perform the following tasks: Summarize each project using a simple table format. Include a name for each project, how each supports business strategies, assess the financial benefit and other benefits of each, and provide your initial assessment of the value of each project. Evaluate the two projects by preparing a Weighted Decision Matrix using the template in the Files section of the course. Develop at least four criteria, assign weights to each criterion, assign scores, and calculate the weighted scores. Include the Bar Chart in the Weighted Decision Matrix it will complete itself based on your input. Criteria include needs specified by the company (profitability, cost of the project, employee satisfaction, etc.) Weights are importance of the various criterion (profitability might be worth 40%, employee satisfaction might be worth 20%, cost of the project might be worth 20%, etc). Total of Weights must equal 100% Scores of the various criterion range from 0 to 100 and reflect the score of a criteria relative to its weight (profitability for a project might be low say 25/100, but the importance or weight for profitability might be high, say 60% - this might indicate that this project might not be one to choose.) Create a list of Stakeholders (at least 8) for this project using the Stakeholder Registry template found in the Files Section. The Name entry for each line can be an individual (like Marie) or a group (like employees or Government regulators). The Role is the role in the project (Project manager you, Project Sponsors, or simply Stakeholders (like the employees or customers). Follow the template with a couple of paragraphs discussing each stakeholder or group and what their stake is in the project. Create a Business Case for the project to define the problem or opportunity in detail and identify your preferred solution for implementation. Use the Business Case Template in the Files section of the course. Complete the Project Charter for your chosen project using the Project Charter template in the Files section of the course
