Sindy Khumalo is the head of an events company. As part of her job function, she has to

set up and plan various functions and meetings. Sindy is going to meet a new client, who

wants her to organise a business breakfast for a new division that he is going to be

opening soon. This breakfast is going to be held at an outdoor location with

approximately a hundred delegates. Sindy and her team have a tremendous task ahead

of with all the preparation that this event is going to entail.
