One performance appraisal method that I would use if I was a manager is the check list method. I selected this method because I feel if I was a manager the check list method would help keep me well organized and remember what I do, and do not need. Using this method will improve productivity, this allows you to keep track on how long each item takes to handle and it allows more to get done. The check list method provides details which helps a manager because no matter what management is always stressed out with the number of workloads they must handle. This can allow the manager to schedule everything that needs to be done so that deadlines are not missed during the process.
