EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support and address enquiries related to clinical & research activities, training course admission & enrollment, and case & course records matters;
• Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems;
• Assist in providing secretarial service and administrative support to the office;
• Assist in event management and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Possess an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma with at least one year's work experience in NGOs or tertiary institutions;
• Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processings
• Good command of English and Chineses
• Willing to work shifts if necessary, including weekday evenings (till 9:30 pm) and Saturdays (till 5:30 pm);
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
• Good team player and good communication skills
