SCENARIO
Crime is rising rapidly in the area surrounding your company. So far, your company has been
incident free. But due to several recent incidents at nearby businesses, your company has
decided to implement three new crime prevention measures. These measures are (1) extra
outdoor lighting, (2) employee ID badges, and (3) security cameras. Management plans to
implement these changes on December 1.
As the human resources manager, you need to send an e-mail message to your employees to
announce a meeting where you will discuss these new safety measures. Assume you will send
this e-mail message to all your employees on November 16.
