For this project, it is necessary for the designated person to fully know the materials that are sold in the company. After evaluating the possible candidates, Mrs. Martinez was selected. Currently, Martínez is a determining factor within the company so that this project can be developed.Martínez provides the company with added value by sharing his knowledge and applying it to the achievement of the organization's objectives. The director of Human Resources, Paulina López, explained that organizations have to develop and take advantage of the knowledge of their employees and put it into use for the company so that it can meet its organizational objectives. This project is an example of how employees can contribute to the organization by sharing, like Martínez, their knowledge, in a way that makes it easier for other IDEA employees to benefit from it.
