So this arrived like yesterday and i got it free which made me pretty happy already. needed it for my university of toronto course and the textbook feels solid and looks way better than expected. haven’t had a chance to really go through it but flipping through the first few pages it seems really clear and easy to get, which helps a lot since management science stuff can get messy quick. packaging was simple but everything in perfect shape. gonna use this mostly for class work but it kinda seems like a handy guide to keep around too. solid start so far!

Got this book for free and it’s actually been way more useful than i expected for my course MGT 302: Decision-Making in Management Science. the examples are pretty relatable and make tricky stuff less painful to figure out, and i like that it walks through cases with spreadsheets so it’s not just dry theory. didn’t get bored while using it and it helped iron out a lot of things that initially seemed confusing. just wish i found it sooner! feels like a nice bonus resource to keep after class too.

Was looking around for some help with my management course and happened to stumble upon this book through SolutionInn's membership perks—which saved me a bunch since it was free! The chapter that really hit home was Chapter 6 on Linear Programming. Management science often seems super abstract to me but this chapter caught me off guard— it explained things in a way that finally made those annoying formulas feel like something I could actually use. The examples are laid out with spreadsheets, which was a blessing because I’m terrible at math by hand but seeing how it all plugs into Excel helped it click much faster. My biggest aha moment was realizing how refining a simple thing like resource allocation in a model can actually change how a business runs day-to-day. It sounds so neat but I never thought about what happens behind the scenes before even in other textbooks. Near the end of that chapter, I tried using a very basic linear program to plan part of a volunteer project at school to divide tasks and stuff—it was surprisingly useful enough! The only thing I felt was a bit drawn out was the constant step-by-step walkthrough which sometimes made me struggle to keep interest during late-night study sprints, but otherwise it packed in a lot of useful, understandable content. Overall, I’d say if you want something that’s more than just theory and wanna see how the numbers play out in a spreadsheet, this one’s a real helpful pick. Plus, ordering through SolutionInn was hassle free and something that makes a student-friendly deal even better. Definitely would tell others to check it out, especially to get that jumpstart on tricky chapters.

Been using this book for my Tulsa State University course and it’s been pretty chill so far. Got this free which is awesome since textbooks normally hit my wallet hard. The way it breaks down the stuff with spreadsheets really helps me get the modeling parts — most textbooks just confuse me, but this one’s not too bad. The pages are good quality and it came in like 3 days, neat and clean. Haven't read every chapter yet but what I did get through makes the management science parts a lot less stressful. Good pick if you wanna avoid totally dry boring math stuff.
