Dear Sirs

We enclose order No. 123 for 100 replacement car wing mirrors for Opel Astra (with undercoat only) for our Lutton warehouse.

We would like to point out the following guidelines for packing. The mirrors should be individually wrapped in plastic together with fixing mounts and screws and then packed in robust cartons separated by bubble wrap plastic and then into wooden boxes marked clearly as fragile.

We look forward to receiving the order within the next two weeks.
