Read this paper and make a comment like I agree with you make a strong answer I like the additional video "Don't put people in boxes," it made me think about how I put people in boxes and never really think about when I am doing it$.$ The video made me think about a book we had to read last semester about staying out of the box called "Leadership and Self$-$deception," which touches on some of the same material. The video's narrator started most of the sentences with the word; we$.$ There were a lot of positive boxes like those beating cancer, those who are madly in love, and those who have overcome great adversity. The video focused less on the negative and surface$-$level stuff that gets people put in boxes by others.The video does mention being united with God under his grace. This sounds nice, but I am not religious; I just translated that as being united by our existence on earth, that we are united by being part of the human race. The video shows how easy it is to put people into boxes based on quality traits, positive attributes, and success stories, not just cultural, social, or political status. WE can all do better
