Write down exactly what you would propose to say to the employee once you are meeting with him/her. Write it based on the information in my video lecture. Incorporate information from both the meeting outline and the other tips portion. Also include what your plan is for follow-up after the meeting.

    • What do you think they missed in their script? Look at the other tips PowerPoints and you may find some additional information to advise them to include.
    • Is there anything in the script they should be careful about (recall reading this weeks chapters on the various EEO and employment laws)?
    • What other things should your fellow students be aware of and why? Chapter 14 brings out a lot of possible issues to consider: employee rights and personal behavior, privacy rights, fairness, justice, etc., etc.
