This exercise will highlight a variety of concepts related to diversity.

Supervisors can expect to encounter many different types of diversity. It is important that supervisors understand the various sources of diversity in the workplace and the issues related to each. Supervisors need skill in communication and collaboration. They also need to understand how increased diversity is changing how organizations select, train, and motivate employees.
