Draft a proposal for a training program that addresses the performance problem. Your proposal must include the following:
Training goals. Briefly summarize the performance problem (from the M3 Case Study). Describe how training will be a solution to the performance problem.
Training objectives. Rework the TNA information into two to four training objectives. Each training objective must include the performance (stem), condition (verb), and criterion (outcome) that sets out what trainees are expected to know and be able to do as a result of the training. Training content. Prepare an agenda that identifies the topics that you will include in your training program. The topics need to cover the training goals and objectives and should be meaningful to trainees.
Training methods. Describe the training method or blend of training methods that will be used, and why. Training methods can include the following categories: - on-the-job - off-the-job - technology-based
Training activities. Describe the activities that trainees will engage in to acquire and demonstrate new skills. i.e., How will they learn what they need to know and how will they demonstrate their learning? What conditions will be put in place to ensure effective learning?
Parameters: Your proposal should be between 3-4 pages and include descriptive headings consistent with business report format. Note: The length of your proposal is not as important as is the quality of the content.
