Refer to the textbook, Chapter 14S.3, Breakdown Programs. Assume you are the Wawa Vice President in charge of maintenance. Wow, if you think about it, there are lots and lots of machines at Wawa stores that could break down. Things like coolers, and freezers, and coffee machines, and gas pumps, etc. Let's focus on the coffee machines. Referring to the list of major approaches in Chapter 14S.3 (standby or backup equipment, spare parts, operator repair, or repair people), provide the following in a discussion post: (a) your recommendation as to which approach you would recommend, (b) WHY you would recommend that approach, and (c) how your recommendation would be put in place at Wawa. Your original post should be at least 50 words. Then you should read posts provided by your classmates, and respond to at least one of them with some recommendation on how their expressed idea could be even better!
