What is the final step for them to complete the process?
(3) We may load the provider's functions or services to the Service Broker so that the requestor may obtain the function or service when it discovers it at the Service Broker, i.e. the Service Broker can directly send the function or service back to the requestor rather than just the handle to the function or service, which will save the final step in the process. But why don't we design it such way? List the reasons we do not take this approach
