1. Is understanding the history of ISs (& digital computing) important? Why or why not? If it is important, how will it be useful?
2. Why is it important to keep up with relevant shifts in the environment? What mechanisms have you set up to do just that?
3. Select an IS initiative you were either involved in or are aware of and then conduct an analysis as described in the discussion of the IT interaction model i.e., examine the different relationships (and their directionality). Identify any parts of the analysis that were not performed before the actual implementation of the IS and its potential impacts.
