Reflection Assignment

In this assignment, students will choose one area of HR that are of interest. The topic will be up to students to choose (i.e. recruitment, selection, health & safety, or any other topics from class/world of HR).

The paper should include an introduction to the topic. Students must be able to provide (in their own words - no research needed, just based on student's understanding and reflection):

Introduce the topic (i.e. recruitment, etc.) - what is the function? why is this important to HR?

What difference does this function of HR make to the organization. For instance, if this

part of HR were poorly managed, what would be the consequences to the organization:

Student experience - share anv particular experience vou mav have with vour chosen part of HR (i.e. personal experience of when you had to deal with recruitment - or which ever part of HR you chose).
