Earls Kitchen and Bar has a great serving program that they provide food and wine/beer training and its a 7 day program and you really get a hands on experience of getting the proper tools to become an efficient server. I have received bad training at Earls kitchen and bar when I was promoted to be a bartender and I got really poor training. They had me close on a busy Wednesday night for my first solo shift alone and I just got destroyed making cocktails and knowing what goes in them and they had me prep for a big high volume Saturday and I was so behind I was at work for an extra 4 hours doing prep work so I stepped down for bartending which could've been a good experience if I was trained properly.
