• What? : 3 items of the DMAIC methodology that you learned successfully or found to be interesting and you still need to learn more.
• So what? : Explain what helped you to learn those 3 items (e.g. a particular lesson, handout, paper, discussion, etc.)
• Now what?: 3 future actions that you will do to apply or develop the learned knowledge from this course
