REIMAGINEZ About the company Reimaginez is an award-winning company that specializes in designing, redesigning, and scaling culture successfully. They help founders and top executives to keep, attract, and lead High Achievers as well as living successfully as High Achievers themselves through executive coaching, actionable training, and cultural consulting. They help their clients identify the High Achievers in the company, High Potentials (who could possibly become High Achievers), Followers, and the remainders (referred to as "Toxins") who should be removed from the company. Once the High Achievers are identified, they help executives empower and engage them since they require a culture that champions mastery, autonomy, and high-impact initiatives. Most clients are from the BioTech/MedTech/HealthTech industry, in which High Achievers are typically organized into interdisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, marketing, sales, and compliance working on developing IP. Medtronics is an example of such a company (though not a client). About the Project The general idea for the project is to create a 'Decision Making Program for Accelerating Performance and Strengthening Culture.' The Reimaginez team is excited to explore the idea of creating a new decision-making framework and program for an interdisciplinary team of High Achievers to communicate, align, and make decisions in ways that empower unity and performance. It's important to incorporate unifying language and a way to mirror back to each other that they really understand each other as well as how to achieve active listening, explicit intent, and psychological safety. Many times the team members also have imperfect and competing information, so it's important to create ways to dare to move forward in the face of uncertainty. The ultimate objective is to have a process where everyone feels clarity, connection, and commitment to the decision made regardless if they agreed with it or not (disagree and commit). The goal with the framework and program would be to add it to the already established cultural initiatives Reimaginez provides to its clients and help support a thriving and collaborative culture at large. Coordination Therese Gedda, Founder and CEO. therese@reimaginez.com They have some flexibility in July but lock in a date as soon as possible. Is willing to meet with students more than one time in July/Aug. Ideal Team Members Someone with an understanding of organizational change. Someone with passion about company culture and empowering employees. Someone who is excited about reimagining the future of work and supporting companies in designing and scaling thriving people and purpose-centric cultures.
