Activity Description

In this activity, you will play the role of the Scrum Master. You now should have a better understanding of the Agile project management method as well as the powerful ways you can use it with software development efforts. There is$,$ however, a final component to consider and understand. With all of the project data, information, resources, and prioritization going on simultaneously, the Scrum Master needs to constantly communicate effectively throughout.

An Agile software development project dictates that the Developers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master clearly communicate to maximize success in a short period of time. In this section we will explore the issues surrounding communication, and in particular focus on which methods might best support the need for documentation and communication with a Project Owner.

The estimated time to complete the activity is $10-15$ minutes. You should start when you have enough time to critically think through the scenario. However, if you need to exit the activity before completion, you will return to where you left off when you re$-$enter.
