Reply and gives some feedbacks to the response below. 1. When selecting a new employee, what criterion about the candidate would you consider to be the most important? What would you consider to be the most accurate predictor of successjob tests, interview performance, reference checks, or some other aspect? When selecting a new employeeit is important to look for is if the person will fit in with the company culture. Having a good attitude and being open to learn can be more valuable than already knowing every skill for the job. Out of all the ways to see if someone will do well like job tests interviews or reference checks I think the situational interview works best. It shows how a person would handle real situations at work and gives a better idea of their problem solving and communication skills. In the end it's the person's attitude behavior and willingness to grow that really decide how successful they will be
