When choosing a firewall topology, two important points to consider are: $(1)$ is finding the right Security Requirements to me this should be #$1$ for every company. It doesn't matter how big or small the company is because each one has and hold valuable information that you don't want to get into the wrong hands. I would hope that someone would agree with me on this part for example: a network with highly sensitive data may require a more robust firewall topology with multiple layers of defense. such as a combination of perimeter. internal, and application layer firewalls. $(2)$ Scalability and Flexibility: This firewall topology should be able to adapt to changing network requirements, such as growth, new applications, or changing security policies. This means selecting a topology that can easily scale up or down and accommodate new configurations without disrupting network pperations. Sometime change is good there are some companies right now are still running off the same old security set from $3000$ B$.$C$.$ With this you can implement new security programs into the network and change some things a little bit at a time.
