These things will tell you just about anything that's need to know about a person. When someone is selected or found it is very important that they know about the job, and the duties, and have confidence in the job as leadership does. There are a few things to do for the new employees which are providing and assuring that they know what their role consists of, letting them know that there are growing opportunities, and giving them what they are worth. When I say give them what they're worth I mean salary, 401k, etc. Those things above should help choose the right candidate as well as the right candidate choosing the right job. Working as a team
