1) There was this manager that all they did was please others. They constantly wanted to help and never took recognition for it. There was a project that the Bingo company formed a group to do. The manager, Missy, was the leader of the group. She did the majority of the work because the others knew that she would. Instead of taking credit for the project and letting the big bosses know that they team did not do it but her herself, she allowed the team to take credit. An employee had an issue at work and the person was talking to Missy about it because the employee needed to get things of her chest and knew Missy would listen to her. Everyone at the Bingo company knew that Missy was a great manager because of how much she cared, listened to them, and always complimented them on their good works. Missy was always doing things to please customers and everyone around her both inside the company and outside the company. Missy loved the fact that people liked her for who she was and how she managed. She trained others to manage the same way. She wanted to make sure her employees and customers knew how important they are to her and how she would do anything she could to please them. Though Missy ended up leaving the company because a higher up boss wanted her to do things she was not comfortable with just because that person knew Missy was a pleaser.
