Leaders look to the future build lasting relationships and work for long-term sustainability. Managers are looking more inward and focusing on the task at hand to minimize any close conflicts. My strengths feel like they rise in the here and now rather than looking to the future. I do like making a lasting impression and a stable relationship with any of my coworkers. As a leader you need to be fairly liked or respected or no one will follow you. To acquire these types of skills, I believe you need to break out of your current shell learn to talk to more people, and build the confidence to talk to anyone. "Reasonable confidence can be effective and have a greater impact on people" (Folkman, 2019) I believe good confidence can make or break a leader or manager. The article I cited shows what leaders or managers come off as if they have too much confidence(Arrogant, Destroys Trust) The only leader that I know that has come close to having Christian characteristics
