Reply to Organizational design and communication cannot function without one another. There must be structure to be able to communicate effectively and perform our best for our organization. Just as structure is important for communication, communication is just as important for function and performance. Some of the major barriers in communicating could be a difference in languages, or a difference in location of the world. Leaders could try to make sure that the information they are trying to portray is simple, to the point, and easy to understand. Leaders could try different platforms to make sure that all information or communication gets to everyone who needs to know and once again, making sure that all information is easily understood.
