As this is a very general topic, I will focus specifically on the importance of leadership when change is occurring and the ability of having different strategies to handle change. I want to be sure to cover the effect that change has on providers, patients, and other staffing. It is important to note that many different management strategies can be used to adapt. $2.)1.)$ Patient experience and satisfaction $-$ For my proposal, I intend to look into how strategic management has potential to increase patient experience and satisfaction. This would lead to the decision$-$making process for improving service quality and the role of leadership in developing a patient$-$centered culture.

$2.)$ A lack of appropriate communication and support services creates significant barriers to healthcare access for the deaf$-$blind community. This ultimately results in disparities in health outcomes, highlighting the need for inquiry into inclusive health strategies. I would look at many inclusive health techniques, such as providing sign language interpreters or communication assistance for individuals with hearing loss and blindness during medical appointments, and providing accessible healthcare facilities and equipment, etc. $3.)$ A topic that interests me would have to be behavioral health challenges and the strategic management concepts that are important when dealing with these issues. I will go into decision$-$making methods that healthcare organizations may use, such as external analysis, to effectively deal with the complicated nature of behavioral health management.

It is also important to look at how the legal and economic environments influence management and health policy. This means addressing regulations, financial strategies, and workforce initiatives that are designed in order to meet mental health needs. Given that behavioral health challenges have been becoming more prevalent, I am looking forward to looking more in depth with these strategies.
