Reply to: There are a few different tools to be used for the research proposal, to help ensure accuracy. The first tool is surveys, since the proposal calls for between five and ten sites to be tested through each site will be doing surveys every quarter to gain suggestions and get an idea of how current measures are fairing. Twice a year the management of each site will be interviewed for a collaborative effort to see if their thoughts line up with the survey results. The surveys will be done in a slightly different manner each quarter, the first quarter will gain general information, then surveys will be altered for different groups, everyone will still take a survey the questions will be altered for different groups to gain better insight and variety. This method will continue for the duration with alterations being made if needed. All of the staff will take the surveys and results will determine how each location needs to be altered to improve market performance.
