Someone should have informed Provider or Nurse or even someone that's in office so they can help or give information to the neighbor to help, even sending to triage Pool and making it urgent since it is time sensitive" I wanted to refer to you for review. Did the FO staff follow the correct process given that this was the patient's neighbor, and patient was not on site
