I plan to become an entrepreneur at some point but this in itself can be elastic as it is entirely dependent on my success. There is no cushion with a sole proprietorship type of business, all loss is entirely at my own risk and I would receive it fully. Additionally I would be competing with all other similar businesses in my area $($depending on which business I go into$).$ This is the reason $90\%$ of small businesses fail within their first year open, which is why someone in my situation may avoid ownership and choose employment instead."
