When trying to come up with a project schedule, there are many factors to consider. Some of the things to consider are the amount wanted to spend on each, what is the main focus, and what message do they want to get across. These are only a few things to consider when planning a schedule. Another important thing is to consider how many people are willing to help, obviously the more people the faster things get done. After carefully looking at the project plan below, I believe Task 1 and Task 3 should start simultaneously. As we see the difference between Task 1 and Task 3 is only one day, but that day also counts for about a 48-hour difference among each other. I think those two tasks should start simultaneously because Task 2 is already occurring at the same time as Task 3. Therefore it will not have any effect on the final results for how long they last. But yet, if you take a careful look, you can see that starting Task 1 and task 3 will save about four days if things are done wisely. This is what I was able to determine, but I can be corrected if I am wrong.
