reply to Yes, my current company has a document code of conduct. It is taught to us in our orientation and training and always available for reference on our associate portal. In our division we live by our code of conduct and what are called our "z-values" quality, value and integrity. By always doing the right thing for the right reason as our CEO and Executive Chairman says will lead to our success. We do the right thing for our customers, associates and the public we are a part of. In our office we have our core z-values posted everywhere in our office even in our zoom backgrounds for meetings so that they are always top of mind in every decision we make. I think we are very effective at communicating the code of conduct from our CEO and Executive Chairman down to the newest associate.
