Report Requirements
The COVID-19 pandemic has put global supply chains under immense stress as companies strive to source materials for production and make inventory available for sale to their customers.
Write a Report on the impact of the global pandemic on sustainable supply chains. See specific Report requirements below.
Your Report should be submitted as a Word document, between 1,000 to 1,500 words long and may contain as many relevant, supporting exhibits as required.

Report Specifics
Your final Report should address the impact of the pandemic on sustainable supply chains with respect to the following three areas:

i) International trade stakeholders (20 points – see breakdown below)
For example (but not limited to), describe how sustainability issues may have affected the selection of suppliers for materials (marked out of 10 points) and selection of suppliers
for transportation services (marked out of 10 points) before the pandemic and during the pandemic.

ii) Risk management (20 points – see breakdown below)
Assume your company is located in Kitchener, Ontario Canada and you import consumer products from manufacturers in Asia. Describe the impact of the pandemic on your risk management strategies pertaining to communications with customers (markedout of 5 points), personnel (marked out of 5 points), transportation of dangerous
goods (marked out of 5 points) and security tactics (marked out 5 points).

iii) The circular economy (30 points – see breakdown below)
Describe how the pandemic may have affected a company’s’ ability to maintain a the circular supply chain for reusing/recycling products (marked out of 10 points) and the
impact of the pandemic on the first two steps of the ReSOLVE framework: REgenerate (marked out of 10 points) and Share (marked out of 10 points)
