REPORTING OBLIGATIONS

Required to report on a monthly basis $-$ ten days after end of each month$-$ to relevant transferring department:

Amount received by the municipality on the month reported on$,$ and for the financial years up to the end of that month

Amount delayed or withheld from the municipality in the month reported on and for the financial years up to the end of that month

Actual expenditure by the municipality on the month reported on$,$ and for the financial years up to the end of that month

Extent of compliance with the conditions of the relevant allocations;

An explanation for any material problems or variations experienced by the municipality in regards to an allocation that has been received and a summary of the steps taken to deal with such problems or variations; and
