Reporting Requirements Your group will be required to complete 30- and 90- day reports as well as 6- and 12-month surveys following the arrival of refugee newcomer(s). Refugee newcomer(s) will also be asked to complete surveys within the first month of arrival and at the 6- and 12-month marks after arrival. The purpose of the reports and surveys are to ensure your Private Sponsor Group is able to complete core private sponsorship services, to identify areas where you may need additional support and guidance, and to provide the program with feedback and data on program results. They will also provide opportunities to share information about the impact of sponsorship on your Private Sponsor Group and on the refugee newcomer(s)
