May you fill in the blanks for units $($yards$)$ from oct $1$ to oct $10.$ Fill in cost$,$total, then under used fill in requistion number from top to bottom and units $($yards$),$ cost and total. And finish balance as well everything thats under it$.$

Also its a chart on word document I need to finish as well its says list the materials that need to be purchased, along with the quantity of each needed. Its five boxes on each side not sure if i need to fill in the whole thing but do what you can please
