I did this child support set aside by myself I had no help, Here are the dates that they said that they served me to third-party which we gave him the address where I was currently living but no one came there to serve me but they said served me at dad address. we always exchanged text messages and addresses so they knew where I was at all times because we always drop off my son at their place or to the police station and they always picked up my son or dropped him off at the addresses mainly at my husband address. We are new to this so it's kind of confusing of why they use a third-party if we was exchange a text messages and exchange back and forth different locations so they knew where my I was at all times why did she Falsely didn't get it and use a third-party the judge didnt allow my me to talk are also the mediation attorney allow my me to explain herself to me something is not right and we trying to fix this because my wife she's down right now and she's Herton she don't understand why this happened to her when all she did was love her son I try to help out she needs. I don't know what I do how I'll be able to raise her son and our daughter. with no money.
